Right on Schedule and New Additions

Happy Holidays! We're hard at work on Skye Condos III with excellent daily progress. Its been a while since I last updated. We have nearly closed everything in Skye Condos II (www.skyecondosii.blogspot.com) with one rare opening and I had a new addition to my family which, as you can imagine, is quite the handful!

The great news is that we have more excited owners at Skye III. I am amazed at the attention Skye III has received nationally. I receive inquires every day from all over the country and most especially concentrated in Southern California, Phoenix, Miami and New York where markets have been on fire and savvy people want a chance at another great real estate investment.

Many people are moving to Denver, see the level of design at our developments then see our prices at Skye III and are blown away by how much property they get for their dollar compared to these other popular areas in the country.

Again, our formula hits home: Modern Design, Great Location and Affordable Pricing early in the market just before it goes way up.
