Bad Weather; People Still Showed Up and Bought Condos


Everyone,

We appreciate everyone who stopped by this weekend even on a snowy Sunday afternoon and BOUGHT an awesome new home. We're glad sales are doing so well except. We attribute the great response because our niche must be very under served....Meaning our clients are frustrated with a lot of the condos on the market and there are plenty of them.

Our formula that worked so well at Skye I and Skye II we are continuing at Skye III is:


Modern Design, Great Location and Affordable Prices.

Our clients are savvy. They're young, educated, usually first time buyers who know what they like and have the ability to go online and look for what they want.

They've seen cool things downtown but aren't ready for the LoDo prices yet. They look in the their range and see dull, boring and worn-out stuff they just don't like.

We polled a bunch of our owners at Skye I and Skye II about their buying process. Most Skye owners looked at 20 -30 condos before they found what they really really like and made great financial sense.


Who has the time to look at ALL THOSE CONDOS???

Any way... Great people showed-up this weekend and bought new condos they love, can afford and are an excellent investment!

We start weekday open houses this Wednesday - Friday and of course every weekend; Saturday 10 - 5 PM and Sunday 1 - 5 PM until we're sold out!

Skye Condos III - On the Market and Selling FAST!!!

We have been hard at work at Skye Condos III - 188 S Logan behind the scenes with heavy construction that's hard to see from the road such as a new roof, all new electrical, plumbing, all new windows, etc...now the COOL stuff like artistic balconies, a roof top deck, hardwood floors, granite countertops with under mount sinks and stellar tile is going in!

The final development of the Skye series, Skye Condos III, is now available for sale and will have completed condos in April, May and June. We are keeping the Skye brand exclusive and will not make any more...no Skye 57!
