Demo in Progess at Skye III

Here are a few of the latest details of our progress at SkyeCondos III as of today - Thursday Aug 11, 2005. Some of the first steps are to remove the old interior - demo.

Architect has completed renderings and plans - very nice
Demolition is going excellent – all first floor units should be completed by 8-12-05
Electrical installation is underway - new service from city
Verified you can see the mountains from the roof!
Preliminary installation of new bathrooms begins Monday the 15^th (waterproof drywall) on first floor demoed units
