Here's the good stuff right where it counts...where the rubber meets the road. We don't cut corners, in fact we probably put too much in, but why not... our owners love it!
Cool facts:
1.The custom door knob plate covers for each individual condo are fabricated and imported from Germany.
2.The 3 cm thick granite slab kitchen countertops are harvested and imported from Brazil. We spent over $50,000 dollars importing, cutting the slabs, and customizing the edging to include under mount sinks.
3.The bathroom and kitchen cabinets are custom cut and imported from Canada – over $52,000 spend on custom cabinetry.
4.The kitchen lighting is from Aziano Lighting and we spent over $4,000 on kitchen lighting alone - no Home Depot here.
5.The front entryway is original custom concrete art done by Charlie Wooldridge who is an internationally renowned artist who resides in Denver.

6.All the steel work is custom fabricated in an offsite climate controlled environment and built to precise specifications. We spent about $100,000 on these exteriors elements alone. Many other developers just don’t. The signature "Skye Sail" will be craned on to the front exterior next Tuesday. Stop by and watch!
7.We spent $70,000 on Traco windows that were all custom cut per the exterior elements of balconies; Romeo & Juliet’s, guardrails and have a lifetime guaranty. We actualy cut the brick and stone away to make larger window openings for more light.
8.Each door will have a custom made number plate designed and fabricated here in Denver.
9.The sauna is made out of pure cedar.
10. Our electrical contractors were “pushed” to think creatively on how to make the living spaces and common areas at Skye III unique, modern, and “loft like” – i.e. exposed conduit, gas lamp look, etc…
11.Landscaping is professionally designed and installed by Autumn Leaf Design.
12.The majority of the flooring is 100% real, solid oak or bamboo.
