"There is Nothing Like This Near Wash Park at These Prices..."

This is what I hear time after time after time after time, etc....



No kidding. When people stop by to see Skye Condos III during their search for a great condo, I hear this same story over and over. It must be really frustrating out there.

Here's a real conversation...

I spoke with a really nice person named Lindsey who was standing outside Skye III at 188 South Logan Sunday evening with her Realtor hoping they could get in long after the open house had closed. They had been searching all day.... actually all week. She was obviously a very savvy professional young person who knew what she likes, but hated everything she has seen so far; old, un-cool and worn-out stuff with white appliances. I asked how many condos she looked at so far and very despairingly she said "forty five!"

Who's got time for all that???

She went on to say "There is nothing out there near Wash Park like Skye Condos for these prices!"


Here's what's inside...

One bedroom, 640 squre feet with an open loft-like floor plan, hardwood floors, granite: bar, countertops including under mount sinks, top-end tile in the bathroom, modern kitchen cabinets by Canac, all stainless steel appliances to include; refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and even free wireless internet!


I was happy to hear we are on target with what our buyers want and can afford: great design, live within their means and Skye Condos are an excellent investment.

Most Skye buyers are young professionalswho are tired of blowing money on rent, want to own and now have the ability to buy and build equity. Most buyers put little or NOTHING down. Our builder-provided financing is exremely good.
