Demo Complete - Roof and Windows are Next

Owners and Friends,

We are well on track and looking fantastic for Skye III renovation progress. Take a look at our preliminary rendering of the exterior of Skye III.

Here are the latest details of our renovation schedule:

1. Demolition completed exactly on schedule – all units gutted and ready for interior work: new walls, floors, etc…
2. Updated Rendering will be completed next week
3. New roof will start construction in about 2 weeks
4. New windows will go in about 2 weeks from now

Skye Condos III On Track and Progressing as Scheduled

Friends and Owners,

Skye III is well on track and making good progress. Here are the latest details:

1. First floor demolition has been completed
2. Two bathrooms have been sheet rocked (waterproofed)
3. Demolition is on pace to be completed by the goal date of August 25^th.
4. Bathroom Tile installation will begin late next week
5. End product renderings will be complete by weeks end (very cool!)
6. Upgrade of plumbing and electrical will commence mid next week – this is HUGE!

Demo in Progess at Skye III

Here are a few of the latest details of our progress at SkyeCondos III as of today - Thursday Aug 11, 2005. Some of the first steps are to remove the old interior - demo.

• Architect has completed renderings and plans - very nice
• Demolition is going excellent – all first floor units should be completed by 8-12-05
• Electrical installation is underway - new service from city
• Verified you can see the mountains from the roof!
• Preliminary installation of new bathrooms begins Monday the 15^th (waterproof drywall) on first floor demoed units
