More Progress...More Owners...More Excitment!

If you attended the martini party at Skye II, you probably had a blast! As a result of the great turn-out, we have had a ton of new interest and new owners at Skye III!

Our vision of transforming existing, mundane, urban properties into extraordinary living spaces with modern design, high-end finishes all at affordable prices has really caught on!

We realize that many buyers were frustrated with other properties that were older, worn-out, unexciting and just plain. When they came to Skye Condos and saw new modern design, great finishes, balconies, roof top decks, free internet and more for about the same price as the boring stuff, it was a no brainer. Here are the latest contruction details:

• Baseboard heaters in some units have been relocated to make way for sliding doors
• Boiler has been serviced and is up to date
• All of the new windows and sliding doors are in
• 90% of the rough plumbing has been installed
• 75% of the rough electrical has been installed
• All of the low voltage wires have been installed throughout the building. (These wires are used for cable TV, telephone and hard-wired internet and the building entrance system)
• The roof has been replaced
• Meeting with structural framers this week to schedule work to begin mid- to late December
• We have selected our steel work contractor and will be establishing a schedule within the next couple weeks
