Fantastic Progress - Cutting Openings for Balconies!

Friends and Owners.

So much behind the scenes work has to happen before you're able to "see" what's going on. Demo, electrical, plumbing, interior wall removal, etc....FINALLY you can see some of the cool stuff on the EXTERIOR....we re cutting the openings for the balconies including the great news about all the additional balconies that came as a pleasant surprise from our structural engineer and architect!!!

Here are the latest developments at Skye III

Last week’s progress 10/17 – 10/21 :

1. Got reply from City of Denver regarding structural plans
2. Completed removal and relocation of all radiators
3. Continued roughing in of electrical (2 units complete)
4. Continued installation of plumbing
5. Set up time to consult with Charlie Wooldridge (artist) on foyers
6. Received quotes for new mailboxes
7. Called to schedule Robert Taylor at City of Denver to get final condo map done
8. Secured floor squeaks
9. Stone Cutter opened 8 window holes for BALCONIES
10. Removed all trim in entire building
11. Secured east gutter
12. Removed all tile in entryway
13. Removed all bathroom fans
14. Demoed outgoing mailbox
15. Removed door hardware
16. Removed bathtubs in 3^rd floor big units
17. Removed doors in 3^rd floor big units
18. Interviewed Matt Hemphill as onsite permanent hire
